Which ocean, air and road milestones do you cover?

All tracking milestones are shown in local time based on the location where the milestone took place.


Ocean Shipments

We display tracking data for the following milestones. Please note that not all carriers provide data for every milestone.

Departures:

  • Gated out empty: The empty container has exited the facility and is ready for loading.

  • At pick-up: The shipment has been picked up and is now in transit to the port.

  • En-route to Port of Loading (PoL): The shipment is on its way to the port where it will be loaded onto a vessel.

  • Gated in full: The fully loaded container has entered the port facility and is ready for loading onto a vessel.

  • Loaded at PoL: The container has been loaded onto the vessel at the Port of Loading.

Arrivals:

  • In transit (ETA): The vessel carrying the shipment is en route to the Port of Discharge, with an estimated time of arrival.

  • Arrived at Port of Discharge (PoD): The vessel has arrived at the designated Port of Discharge.

  • Discharged at PoD: The container has been unloaded from the vessel at the Port of Discharge.

  • Gated out full: The container, still loaded, has exited the port facility.

  • Arrived at yard: The container has arrived at a storage yard for further handling or pickup.

  • Delivered: The shipment has been delivered to its final destination.

  • Gated in empty: The empty container has been returned to the designated facility or yard after unloading.


Air Shipments

We display tracking data for the following milestones. Please note that not all airlines provide data for every milestone.

  • Confirmed: The booking for the shipment has been confirmed at the origin location.

  • Awaiting loading: The shipment has been received from the shipper and is awaiting loading onto the flight.

  • Loaded: The shipment has been manifested and loaded onto the flight at the origin airport.

  • Departure from origin airport: The shipment has departed from the origin airport. This milestone may show both estimated and actual departure times.

  • Arrival at destination airport: The shipment has arrived at the destination airport. This milestone may show both estimated and actual arrival times.

  • Offloaded: The shipment has been unloaded from the flight at the destination airport.

  • Delivered: The shipment has been collected and delivered from the destination airport to its final location.


Road Shipments

We track the following milestones. Please note that not all hauliers provide data for every milestone.

Departures:

  • Ready to track: The shipment is registered and ready for tracking to begin.

  • En-route to pick-up: The vehicle is on its way to collect the shipment.

  • At pick-up: The vehicle has arrived to collect the shipment and is ready for loading.

Arrivals:

  • In transit: The shipment is currently being transported.

  • At drop-off: The vehicle has arrived at the designated drop-off location.

  • Completed: The shipment has been successfully delivered to its destination.
