Managing multiple projects for your clients? Great news! Axeptio allows you to group all your clients' projects under your agency's organization.
But before that, your agency's email must be added as a user on your client's project. Don't worry, here's how to do it!
🔍 Step 1: Make sure your agency's email is added to the project
Before you can link a client's project to your agency, you must be added as a user on that project.
📌 What your client needs to do:
Go to the project settings
Open the "Users" tab
Add your agency's email (if not already done):
Click on "Invite a user"
Enter the email address your agency uses for Axeptio
Send the invitation 🚀
⚠️ Important: If the project does not appear later in your organization settings, it's likely because your email was not added here.
🔗 Step 2: Link the project to your agency
Once your agency has been properly added as a user, you can now link the project to your agency's organization.
📌 How to do it?
Go to your agency's Axeptio dashboard
Find the project and open its settings
Look for the dropdown menu "Organization the project belongs to"
Select your agency and confirm 🎉
✅ All done!
The project is now officially linked to your agency, and your client can benefit from your subscription without any issues.
