How it works

  1. The agency accesses your website and performs a normal search.

  2. When booking, they enter their name as the agency and check the box "The booking is for someone else."

  3. In the "Personal information" section, they fill in the agency's details.

  4. In "Occupant details," they enter the main guest's information.

  5. The booking is recorded in your VRMS as if it were direct, but linked to the agency's profile.

  6. In the customer profile, it is marked by default that the booking comes from an agency.

Attention to details

The tourist is registered as an occupant in the booking and in the customer list with their respective profile.

Commission management with promotional codes

Before working with an agency, you can create a promotional code with their name and the discount equivalent to the agreed commission.

Example:

  • The agency We Love Holidays charges a 10% commission.

  • You create a promotional code "We Love Holidays" with a 10% discount.

  • When booking, they apply the code and the system automatically deducts their commission.

  • This way, you don't need to do settlements afterward: the commission is already applied to the final price.

Attention to details

Keep in mind that, using this method, the booking will be recorded in the VRMS with the discounted price. This is key for communications with the final tourist.
