Start Standing Out with Your Visual Gallery
Your images and videos are the showcase of your accommodation. A well-crafted gallery not only attracts but can make the difference between a booking and a hesitation.
How Does the Photo and Video Gallery Work?
Avantio has modernized its gallery with intuitive features like drag and drop for uploading images. You can tag them instantly or leave that task for later. Once uploaded, drag them to arrange them in the order you prefer. If you already have an active gallery, just click "Add Photo" to include more images.
For videos: first, request to activate this feature; then, you'll see a dedicated section where you can add links, even customized for each language.
Helpful Tip
If you replace photos, for example, after a new photo session or due to seasonal changes, upload the new ones and delete the old ones using multiple selection, avoiding accidental unassignments or deletions.
Step-by-Step Image Upload
Enter your accommodation's profile and go to the gallery section.
Drag the images from your computer or click "Add Photo."
Tag them or leave that task to do in bulk later.
Save the changes and rearrange the order by dragging each image to its place.
If updating the gallery, select the old images, delete them, and save.
Edit Each Photo Individually
Click the edit icon to adjust the name, tags, or description. You can also customize the SEO elements to enhance visibility in search engines.
Step-by-Step Video Addition
In the gallery, locate the "Videos" section and click "Add Video."
Copy the link from YouTube or Vimeo (use the "Share" button to generate it).
If it's the same video for all languages, paste it once; otherwise, add one per language and select the default.
Save the changes to reflect them on your web.
Attention to Detail
Make sure to include a link for each language; otherwise, the video won't appear in those language versions of your site.
YouTube Shorts links are not compatible. You must replace "/shorts/" with "/embed/" in the video URL before uploading it.
Initial Configuration of the Virtual Tour in VRMS
First, check that this feature is enabled in your account (it's not activated by default). If it doesn't appear, contact the Customer Experience team to have it enabled. Once active, you'll see the option in the photo gallery of each accommodation.
Step-by-Step to Incorporate the Virtual Tour
Access VRMS → Accommodations → Short-term Rentals → Property List, select the desired property.
In the photo gallery, just below the videos, you'll find "3D Virtual Tour."
Paste the link provided by the tour supplier.
Save the changes: the tour will be automatically inserted.
Attention to Detail
Verify that the link is valid and direct; an incorrect one will prevent the tour from loading properly, and you'll miss the opportunity to impress potential guests.
Compatible Integrated Platforms
Our system is compatible with the following tour suppliers:

If your supplier is not listed, don't worry: contact the team to evaluate a possible custom integration.
Display on Your Web
Once inserted, the tour will appear as a separate block in the accommodation profile from the web configuration. To make it visible:
Go to WEB → Web Configuration.
Activate its visibility checkbox.
Drag the block up or down to adjust its position within the profile.
This way, the tour integrates harmoniously with the rest of the visual and descriptive content, enhancing the overall user experience.
With the 3D tour in operation, your properties come to digital life and increase their appeal. Don't forget to keep optimizing your galleries with quality photos for an even greater impact.
