1. Accommodation Description
A minimum of 50 characters is required in the Description field.
2. Listing Title
Must be between 8 and 50 characters. Titles longer than 50 characters will be automatically cut.
Emojis, symbols, and all-capital words are not allowed. The system automatically removes emojis and symbols and converts titles to sentence case to comply with Airbnb policies.
3. Photographs
At least 7 photos are required.
Minimum resolution: 1024 × 683 pixels.
Recommended resolution: 72 dpi.
4. Amenities
At least 5 amenities must be included.
5. Occupancy Rules
Must be configured for at least 1 year in advance.
6. Calendar Availability
At least 30 days must be available within a 12-month period.
Step by Step: How to Check if Your Listing Meets the Requirements
Access the VRMS
Select Accommodations from the menu on the left
Click on List of properties
Click on your property and open the Full view
Click on See Photo Gallery:
• Verify that the Name is between 8 and 50 characters and contains no symbols.
• Make sure you've uploaded at least 7 photos with good resolution.
• Check the description: it must contain more than 50 characters.
Scroll down to Main Information in the property page:
• Add at least 5 amenities to the property listing
Click on View Calendar at the top or bottom of the property page:
• Ensure the calendar has at least 30 days available
Click on the Occupancy rule applied for the property:
• Check that the occupancy rule is configured for at least 1 year in advance
What If My Property Doesn't Meet These Requirements?
It won't be published until you adjust the information. In that case:
Review your property settings
Correct the fields the system identifies as necessary
Save the changes and wait for the new synchronization with Airbnb
