Please be aware that on the device you can only view the last administration. If you need older administrations then please refer to this helpfile: How to View and Save Previous Topical Body Maps on Atlas Central

This guide explains how to view a resident’s previous body map administration while administering a medication that requires a body map (e.g., creams, injections) in Atlas eMAR.

1. Scan Resident
Scan the resident’s name label, confirm the correct resident, and then tap on their medication list.

2. Add Item to Pot
Scan the medication’s barcode to add it to the pot. If no barcode is available, manually select the item.

3. Confirm Pot Screen

From the Confirm Pot screen, check that the information displayed is correct. Then tap “Add to Pot.”

4. Body Map Display
Once the item has been added to the pot, a body map will appear to record the application.

5. View Previous Administration
If the item has been administered previously, the option “View Previous Administration” will be visible in the bottom left corner. Tap this option to see where the medication was applied during the last administration.

6. Press the small "X" in the top right to close the image.
