Audit notes allow users to record actions and general notes against the alerts on the main dashboard or a resident / medication. These are stored in a useful menu giving you one place to retrieve all the activities to demonstrate you have been active managing medication alerts. All notes can be viewed from the Audit note section where users are able to filter the view by individual unit and a specific date range.
To record a Audit note against the dashboard Alerts follow this process:
1. To record a audit note against any alert on the main dashboard simply click "add note" on the relevant tile.
2. Select the location (unit) from the drop down box the note is referring to.
3. Add note, once completed select submit note.
To add a audit note to a resident or medication follow this process:
1. Select the Resident option to view the list of residents in the home locate in the left hand side panel of the dashboard.
2. Locate and view the residents profile in the list displayed or alternatively search the residents name in the search bar.
3. To record a audit note against the residents profile, select the option to add audit note located under the residents photograph, if you wish to record a note against a particular medication you will need ensure that you have enter the medication profile before completing step 3 and 4.
4. Enter the note details and click save note.
Notes recorded against the residents profile will be located at the bottom of the residents profile screen under the audit note section medication notes are available to view within the medication record.
