We have created a download only version which will allow multiple internal teams to all use the same environment for Demo and training purposes and the data will be reset each time the user synchronises their devices. The home which will be used for this environment called Atlas Training and Demo Home, this home has been specifically created for this version and we have pre-loaded the home with the data to cover everything which may be needed for Demoing/Training session. Attached is a PDF document containing the relevant Resident and Medication barcodes for your team members to use.
This version of Atlas has a green Atlas icon so users can clearly identify which is the Demo version and which is the live version (orange icon). Only the Atlas Training and Demo Home should be used with the Demo version and is not to be downloaded on the live version of the app. Please may I ask you to inform the teams to not edit any of the data for this home on Atlas Central or CAPA if you haven’t already, if the data is adjusted in any way it will affect all users and is irreversible.
Devices have provided some information round how to gain access to the internal play store if any of your team members do not have access to this already:
1st option is via support.
2nd option is via devices.
The process behind is identical, the only difference is who completes the task.
Use the relevant teams’ channels to make the request (unless you are self-servicing) .
The info required is always going to be the same.
Name of the department or role (Support/ Care Show/ CS/ Product)
(Serial or IMEI number) the IMEI number is for Samsungs (on your phone keypad type in *#06# )
A 15-digit code will appear. On our system it appears as a serial number.
The Zebra serial number can be found in Settings /about phone / model hardware/serial number.
To minimise the risk of the data being downloaded on to the incorrect version, I have not enabled the option to generate QR codes directly from Atlas Central. QR codes will need to be requested directly from support. Once you have the Demo version of Atlas (Green Icon) installed on your device please request a QR code for the Atlas Training and Demo Home from support via the teams channel
