Account Owners and Administrators can choose which columns are shown by clicking on Setup columns:
These are the default column settings for the dashboard:
Here’s what each column means:
On approval | Displays the number of requests currently waiting for approval |
On review | Shows how many requests are currently under review |
Requires my approval | Lists the requests specifically awaiting your approval |
Requires my review | Lists the requests awaiting your review |
Latest request date | Shows the submission date of the most recently created request currently On Approval |
Oldest request date | Shows the submission date of the oldest request currently On Approval |
Subscription | Displays the Organisation’s current subscription plan or trial status |
Status | Indicates whether the Organisation is connected to an accounting system • Connected: the Organisation is actively linked to Xero, QuickBooks Online or NetSuite • Disconnected: click on Reconnect to open the Organisation’s connection settings |
Owner | Displays the Account Owner’s name. Hover over the name to view their avatar, email and phone number |
