You can download approval workflows as PDF files from ApprovalMax. These PDFs include all approval steps, participants and rules. They can be used for audit purposes or internal documentation
This is how you download an approval workflow
In the main menu, select your Organisation
Open Workflows and settings > Approval workflows:
Click on the workflow you'd like to download
In the upper right-hand corner, click on the PDF icon:
The file will automatically download as a PDF summarising the workflow, including all configured approval steps and participants.
