Every workflow version includes the following details:
Author – the person who created or last updated the version
Creation date – the exact date and time the version was saved
Version # – each version’s unique identifier, shown in ascending order
Comment – an optional note left by the person who made the change (if provided)
This is how you access the version history of a workflow:
In the main menu, select your Organisation and go to Approval workflows under Workflows and settings. Open the workflow you want, then click on the Clock icon 🕒 in the top right-hand corner of the workflow editor:
A list of workflow versions will appear on the right-hand side. The current version is always displayed at the top of the list and marked as Active:
Click on any archived version to view its details:
Please note: It's not possible to restore or revert to a previous workflow version — archived versions are read-only.
