In ApprovalMax, Auditor is a read-only user role. This allows Auditors to better understand the approval workflow in operation, without the risk of accidentally changing, approving or rejecting something.

See all requests and add comments

To assign the Auditor role, simply navigate to the Users page, add a new person and select "Auditor" from the drop-down menu:
