Watchers in ApprovalMax are users added to a request to stay informed about its progress, without taking part in the actual approval process. They receive all related notifications and updates but don't have approval rights.
This feature is available to all users on Standard plans and above as well as in trials.
This is how you add a Watcher:
In your Organisation, open the request to which you want to add a Watcher.
Click on the
button:
In the Change Watchers window, click on Add a Watcher and select one from the list:
Then click on DONE:
Adding a Watcher to a request will also be reflected in the audit trail:
