​💬 Chat Support in ApprovalMax

You can reach our Support directly via the chat bubble available in the bottom right-hand corner of any page:

  • In the ApprovalMax web app

  • In the ApprovalMax Help Center

    This chat experience includes AI guidance and direct access to our Support team.

Click on the Chat icon to start a conversation with Max, our AI support assistant. Max can:

  • Quickly surface help articles and troubleshooting steps

  • Guide you through product functionality

  • Escalate to our Support team if further help is required



​Ask a question

You can start a conversation at any time by typing in the Ask a Question field. Our AI assistant can answer product questions and suggest relevant help articles based on your query.


This option is available from:

  • The Home tab

  • And from the Messages tab

If the AI assistant cannot resolve your question, you can request to speak to a human Support agent.

When escalating, you will be able to choose the category that best matches your request - Product support inquiry or Billing support inquiry:

A Support specialist will join the chat as soon as possible to assist you.

Messages & history

The Messages tab stores your full chat history.

Here you can:

  • Review previous conversations with our Support

  • Continue an earlier discussion

  • Access replies from our team

  • See occasional in-app messages about new features and updates
