In ApprovalMax, you can download an attachment archive for all requests with a single click.
This is how you download an attachment archive for all requests
In the main menu, go to your Organisation and click on Request reports under Reports:
Open an existing report, or create a new one.
Click on the Three-dot menu and select "Download the attachment archive for all requests":
Please note: Only those attachments will be included in the archive that are shown in the opened report.
The attachment archive will be sent to you by email once compiled.
