How do I set up a NetSuite Bill Payment approval workflow?

This is how you set up a NetSuite Bill Payment workflow

  1. In the main menu, find your Organisation and go to Approval Workflows under Workflows and settings:​

  2. Open the NetSuite Bill Payment approval workflow:

  3. The first step is Bill Payment creation. Here, you can add users who will be able to create Bill Payments/pull them from NetSuite into ApprovalMax. To configure user rights in case you want to restrict them, click on theicon:​

  4. The next steps are approval steps. Via theicon, you can add as many of these as you need to represent the number of authorisation levels in your Organisation.
    Each approval step has its own approval rules. For each approval step, you can add any number of Approvers. To set up the approval conditions, click on theicon:​​

  5. If you have multiple Approvers for the same NetSuite Bill Payment, choose between the two approval conditions All and Any of. For the latter, decide how many of them need to approve to complete this step:​

  6. When you've set all steps and conditions, activate the workflow.
