Debit card deposits are usually processed instantly.
Debit card withdrawal requests are usually reviewed within 24 hours. If verification documents, additional information or further security or compliance checks are required, the review may take longer.
Once your withdrawal has been approved and released, the funds should reach your bank account within 1–3 working days, depending on your bank.

Please make sure that:
The debit card is registered in your own name.
The details on your card match the details registered on your AlphiBet account.
Your account has been verified, if requested.
You have completed a deposit with the card before attempting to withdraw to it.
Some digital banks and prepaid payment methods may not be accepted for security reasons. If your transaction is unsuccessful, try using another debit card or contact our Customer Services Team.
For additional security, you may be asked to enter your card’s CVV each time you make a transaction.

Enter your card details.
Enter the amount you want to deposit.
Confirm that you are the owner of the payment method.
Select Deposit to complete the transaction.
Your debit card will be registered after you make a successful deposit.

Select Withdraw.
Select the Visa/Mastercard option.
Check that you have selected the correct card.
Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
Select Withdraw to submit your request.
Your withdrawal will now be processed. You can enable notifications to receive updates about its status.
