This page displays indicators defined by the ISO 26000 standard and ADEME.
Scopes 1&2 are analysed; this is a carbon footprint approach and not an exhaustive carbon footprint.
To add a page to a Dashboard, it must be activated in the Standard formula.
These indicators are based on data recorded in the accounts combined with variables specific to the files and indicators.
for example: the formula for CO2 emissions from fuel is as follows:
Fuel includes all movements recorded in the fuel account.
The price of fuel per litre is a variable to be entered every month depending on the file.
The CO2 emission rate per litre of fuel is also a variable to be entered, but only once for the file.
Add the CSR indicators page
To add the indicators page
Enter edit mode by clicking on the pencil in the top right-hand corner
Then click on new page and select the additional CSR Indicator page.
the next step is to assign indicator entry to a user (customer or employee).
How do I enter indicators?
There are 3 frequencies of indicators:
one-off
annual
monthly
Indicators to be entered once only
This is the CO2 emission rate. For information, here are the CO² emission rates by category at national level.
Indicator to be entered annually
CSR expenditure incurred by the company.
Indicators to be entered monthly
The first three relate to CO² emissions not linked to the accounts and should be collected from the supplier.
The days of CSR training are to be provided by the company
The last 4 concern energy expenditure and are the most important because they are the most common.
For each type of energy, it is possible to use invoices as a basis for calculating the average price.
For example, take the total water bills excluding VAT and divide by consumption.
You can also use specialised websites:

Going further: You can also change the frequency of an indicator from monthly to annual.
It is also possible to delete widgets and indicators when the company is not involved. In this case, you need to remember to modify the widgets that refer to these indicators
