Many users of the LAEP+ platform will only have access to one Local Authority.
However, in the context of consultancies who may work with multiple regions, or counties/combined authorities, certain users need to switch between views.
We have a simple interface for managing this. To access the authority view switcher, click the button above Logout in the main navigation panel. When collapsed, the panel will display a logo with the initials of your current Local Authority view. When expanded, it displays this plus the name:
Simply click the button, and the interface to switch views will open. Contact your administrator if you do not see a region you believe you should have access to. For further support, contact us via live chat. To switch views, click on the region you wish to switch to, and select 'Continue'.
