To access our Help Centre, simply navigate to our live chat widget at the bottom-right hand side of the platform screen:
Which will open our Help Centre. More articles on making the most of this and how to access other useful support via the Help Centre will be available soon! You can search for support articles in the 'Search for help' section on the homepage, or access more tailored guidance/speak with an agent by starting a conversation.
To to access help, submit feedback or report a bug or issue, you first need to initiate a conversation - do this by either clicking on the 'Send us a message' button, or by going to the 'Messages' tab at the bottom of the chat interface - which will take you to a repository of all previous conversations, and also present a button to start a new conversation.
Once you begin a new conversation, the initial chat message will alter slightly depending on whether you are logged in or not - as for users not logged in, we need to capture a few details about you to help with triaging the issues. Once this is complete, both logged in and logged out users will be presented with three options:
