How to Generate a Document at AdOpt?

Document Generator

Now you can Generate a Document using AdOpt's Artificial Intelligence.

💡 Tip: Before proceeding with the document creation, go to the "Tag Scanner" step and set it. In short, scan and categorize the tags, as this information will be used to create the documents.

The document generator is available for Cookie Policy, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use Documents. Each document has its particularities, which is why the questionnaire is different for each one.

Cookie Policy Generator

Click on (1) Generate document and then on (2) Open questionnaire. This questionnaire is very simple and has only two steps. We've made it as intuitive as possible, but if you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us!

In Step 1, we recommend activating (3) Show 'cookie audit table', as well as the (4) Insert the link to the AdOpt tutorial on how to delete cookies directly from browsers. buttons to make your document complete. Check with your legal team if they wish to add more information/details (optional).

In Step 2, you can configure the document's layout and personalize it according to your business's visual identity – colors, fonts, size, etc.

Click on "Generate document" and then "See document" to open it in another browser tab. After clicking "Finish" and returning to the previous screen, you'll have the option to view the document, edit the text (if you want to modify any auto-generated content), or delete the document.

Privacy Policy Generator

The questionnaire is very simple and has five steps. We've made it as intuitive as possible, but if you have any questions, feel free to reach us out!

In Step 2, input some more detailed information about your platform.

In Step 3, indicate whether you offer any subscription services.

In Step 4, define how users can interact with your platform.

In Step 5, set legal preferences.

In Step 6, input other considerations.

In Step 7, insert the final details for your document's body.

In Step 8, you'll be able to personalize the document font, style, headers, logo images and much more!
