WHERE TO ACCESS YOUR VISUALISED RESPONSES

Head to the Forms for Confluence homepage (Apps dropdown > Forms for Confluence). Then select either the "Form name" or "Respondents" link to see your data.

When the page loads, the first view you should see is the visualised data from your responses. The type of graph or chart you see depends on the question types you included in your form (view our documentation to learn more).

INTERACTING WITH YOUR DATA

Forms for Confluence's visualisation lets you interact with your graphs and charts, meaning you can dive into the details and uncover hidden insights within your data.

Hover over charts for a detailed answer count.

Once your visualisations appear on the page, hover over the graphs or chart to highlight each answer and display the individual response count.

Filter your data

You can use filtering to compare selected responses directly.

By default, a chart or graph will display all available responses. If you’d like to dig into specific answers, select an answer in the left column to include it in the visualisation. Any answers you don't click on will be filtered out.

CREATE COMPELLING STORIES WITH YOUR DATA

Visualisation lets you present insights more effectively and tell stories with your data.

With the new visualisation update, you can download your graphs and charts as PNG images to use in presentations for stakeholders and other audiences.

To download a visualisation, click the cloud download icon on the right-hand side of any chart or graph.

NOTE: Visualisation does not support backwards compatibility and will only visualise results for forms created after the feature’s release date. We are looking at the introduction of backwards compatibility, and you can vote for this in our feature request board here.
