Navigate to your Home tab and click on New Hire
Or from the Onboarding page, click on Add New Person
3. You'll be prompted to the Hiring Form, select from the options and Continue. You'll be asked to enter essential details about the job, such as Country of hire, number of Employees, Compensation, etc.
Once you've reviewed and submitted the request, one of two things will happen:
If this is your first hire in the country: A regional expert will reach out to guide you through the specifics of hiring in that location.
If you’ve already hired in this country: We’ll skip the consultation and send you the employment agreement for review and approval.
