Update: Once A Day Delivery 10th May

As you may already be aware, we will be keeping you informed of the updates heading your way in how we will be improving Hospital Solutions.

Starting 13th May, we will be transitioning to once-daily deliveries.

While this change may be different from what you are accustomed to, we are confident that it will bring many benefits and support our ambition to provide our service in the most sustainable way.

Exciting changes for PHOENIX Hospital Solutions

Our Mission: To maximise availability to our hospitals customers, providing once a day delivery, and if it’s not in full, we’ll provide the information to enable alternative action.

We’ve heard you and we’re putting the necessary changes in place to provide:

  • A better way of searching products.

  • Improved visibility of stock.

  • Easier to use procurement system.

  • Delivery in sizes you require, singles in totes, cartons and pallets.

  • Delivery and order tracking information available online.

  • An easier way to connect with us online.

How we’ll achieve this:

Centrally located Wakefield Depot Hub & Spoke network for improved availability:

  • £13m investment

  • 260,000 sq ft

  • Facility capable of 220,000 lines per day

  • Sustainable growth with Solar PV roof panels and vehicle charging points

  • Advanced automation and logistics systems

  • Capacity Increase by 50%

ProCure+ Portal Enhancements:

  • Improved user interface

  • Stock and product information

  • Easy access to account information

  • Better search functionality

  • Improved management of back orders

  • Ability to create returns

  • Order status information

Available now:

  • Order choice: singles in totes, cartons and pallets.

  • Online chat & help centre: Ask us your questions and access a host of articles and support via our online help centre.

    • Improved user instant support through online chat

    • Easy access to guidance and help articles
