Training providers can access the Gateway Declaration Form (GDF1) directly within the ACE360 platform, from the relevant learner’s profile.
Accessing the GDF1 Form
To locate the form:
Navigate to the learner’s profile in ACE360
Locate the apprenticeship standard name displayed on the profile
Click the magnifying glass icon next to the standard
This will open a list of documents associated with that specific standard, where providers can:
View available documentation
Download the GDF1 form required for gateway submission
Standard-Specific Forms
For most standards, a generic GDF1 form is used
However, Engineering Technician has its own standard-specific gateway form
When working with this standard:
Ensure you select and complete the form specifically labelled for Engineering Technician
Do not use the generic GDF1, as this may result in rejection at gateway
