Before submitting a learner for gateway, the training provider must:
Have a signed contract in place with EAL for the specific apprenticeship standard
This contract is arranged through the EAL Sales Team and confirms that:
EAL will act as the End-Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) for that standard
The provider is authorised to register and progress learners through to gateway
