How can the provider amend the version if this is incorrect?

If a learner has been registered on the wrong version of an apprenticeship standard, it is the responsibility of the training provider to have this corrected as soon as possible.

How to Request an Amendment

To amend the standard, pathway, or version number, the training provider must:

  • Contact ACE360 directly

  • Request that the learner is reassigned to the correct:

    • Standard

    • Pathway (where applicable)

    • Version number

ACE360 will then review the request and make the necessary updates to ensure the learner’s record accurately reflects the correct programme details.

Important Considerations

  • Requests should be submitted promptly once an error is identified to avoid delays in assessment or progression

  • Providers should ensure that the requested version aligns with:

    • The apprentice’s start date

    • The valid version dates published for the standard

  • Any amendment must comply with standard version rules (e.g. not assigning an expired version)

Training providers cannot amend the standard version themselves within the system. All changes must be requested through ACE360, who will update the learner’s record to the correct standard, pathway, and version.
