If you or another user from your centre has accessed the same learner's profile, the screen may be temporarily locked as a security measure to prevent duplicate claims.

To resolve this issue, we suggest waiting for 20 minutes before attempting to claim the certificate. After this time, the claim should automatically unlock and you will be able to proceed with the claim process.
