If you have forgotten your password for Smarter Touch and need to reset it, don't worry, there are two simple solutions. Firstly, you can reach out to another Super User at your centre, who can reset it for you through their account.

To reset your password through a Super User's account, they will need to log in to Smarter Touch, navigate to the 'User' tab, find your name in the list of users, and select 'Details'. On your profile page.

The Super User will see a blue button in the top right-hand corner labelled 'Reset password'. After clicking on it, you will receive a new password generated by Creatio to your email address associated with your account.
