Once logged into Smarter Touch, please select 'Documents' from the top navigation bar.

There are 2 ways to search for Documents. The first is to search the Documents library by entering the file name e.g. Price List and then hitting 'Search Documents'

Once the search has completed you will be able to see the document.

On the right hand side you can then download the document by selecting 'Download'

You will then be able to save this document to your desktop or an alternative place on your computer.

The second way to download Documents is to use the filter

On the 'Documents' page hit 'Search Documents' without entering anything into the file name or document reference box.

In the filter box search for the document you are looking for e.g. Policies

Any document that relates to what you have searched for will then appear.

You can download the document in the same way by hitting download on the right hand side
