Once logged into Smarter Touch please select the 'Home' tab from the top navigation bar.

Select 'Inbox' to view all forms

You will then be able to view the forms assigned to your centre.

Alternatively you can use 'Advanced Search' or 'Filter' to search by the form number

You can type the form number in the 'Filter' box

Or select 'Advanced Search' and enter the form number

Once you have located the form scroll down and select 'Export to PDF'
