EAL Online Services is the core platform for all EAL Recognised Centres to manage their learners' registration and certification processes, as well as maintaining their details. The platform offers a range of tools and functionalities to support Centres in delivering EAL qualifications, including:

  1. Reg & Cert: The ability to register or certificate learners for any EAL qualification that a Centre is approved to deliver.

  2. Publications: The ability to download materials for any EAL regulated qualification that a Centre is approved to deliver, as well as viewing any qualification end or review dates.

  3. Utilities: A range of tools to support Centres in managing their learners' details, including the ability to change pathways, de-register/re-register, amend candidate details, request replacement certificates, withdraw learners, and order publications.

  4. Access to e-certificates: The ability to view or download a PDF copy of a learner certificate.

  5. User Maintenance: The ability to create or modify users to access areas of Online Services and/or Surpass (Please note that this facility is only available to the Centre Coordinator).

  6. Reporting: A range of reports to view or export information on learner registration or claims, including registration reports, certification reports, candidate history reports, and registration confirmation.

  7. Access to e-Invoices: The ability to view or download a PDF copy of a Centre's latest or historic invoices (Please note that this facility is only available to the Centre Coordinator).

Access to EAL Online Services is based on permissions set by a Centre Coordinator. If a user does not have access to any of the above, they should speak to their Centre Coordinator who will be able to amend their permissions.

For more information, step-by-step guidance is available though the 'Help Centre' in the EAL Hub.
