It's important to note that the submission of a reasonable adjustment/special consideration form is limited to Super Users. If you are not a Super User, please contact your Centre Coordinator for assistance.

Once logged in select 'Home' from the top navigation bar

On the right hand side under 'Start a new' select 'Reasonable Adjustments and special considerations' and complete all sections of the form.

Once all sections have been completed select 'Save Changes'

Once you have saved the form please select 'Submit to EAL'.

If granted you will receive an email to show that the form has been approved (as long as notifications are on)

N.B. reasonable adjustment and special consideration forms must be submitted 30 days before an exam is to be sat

N.B. you only need to submit 1 form per qualification for a learner e.g. if a qualification has 4 exams the form will apply to all exams
