To enable Multi-Factor Authentication, log in to Online Services through the EAL Website. After entering your login credentials, select 'Sign in'.

You will then be prompted to choose which authentication app you prefer to use, either

OKTA or Google Authenticator.

OKTA verifies your account through a push notification sent directly to your mobile device or by using a single-use code generated by the app.

Google Authenticator verifies your account by generating a single-use code through the mobile app.

After selecting your preferred application, please choose 'Setup'.

Then, select your device type, either iPhone or Android, and then click 'Next'.

Once you have downloaded the app from the appropriate app store, scan the onscreen QR code.

Finally, follow the in-app instructions to complete the setup process.
