If you need immediate assistance, our live chat feature is available on the EAL Connect homepage. Simply look for the chat icon at the bottom right corner of the page, as shown here:
Click on the icon, and a chat box will appear. Type in your question and submit it. Your message will be sent directly to the EAL Customer Experience Team, who will respond promptly - usually within a few minutes. You can then chat directly with a team member to get the help you need.
