Once your Client is fully onboard (for more information, please check this article: How to create Clients with personal accounts? How to create Clients with business accounts?) you can create a Plan for them. Please find the below instruction on how to do it. You can also check our video tutorial.
Creating a Plan
Log in to the Shares Pro platform: Access your account by clicking on the magic link sent to your email address to log in.
Select Your Client: From the left-side menu, locate and select the client for whom you want to create the Plan.
Click on “Create a Plan”: You will find this option in the top-right corner of the client’s portfolio.
Click on “Create a new Plan”: Create a completely new Plan or use your saved templates. Learn more about Plan templates from our article: How to create and manage Plan templates on the Shares Pro platform?
Provide Required Information: Fill in all necessary details:
Plan name;
Advised management fee (optional, 1.0 % max);
Initial Investment: This is optional, with a minimum of 250 EUR;
Recurring Amount: This is mandatory:
For CTO accounts, the minimum recurring amount is 50 EUR.
For PEA accounts, the minimum recurring amount is 200 EUR.
Start date;
Frequency (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
Add Desired Assets: If you're not using a template, click the “+” icon next to each asset you want to add (you can add up to 20 assets).
Manual Allocation: Enter the percentage allocation for each asset manually, ensuring the total adds up to 100%.
Alternatively, click the “Split Evenly” button to automatically distribute the allocation evenly across the selected assets.
Save as Template: If you wish you can save this allocation as a template so you can re-use it for every new Investment Plan.
Submit for Review: Once you’ve completed all the details, click “Submit for Review.” The request will then be sent to your client for review and approval via email.
